Common FAQs for Alton Towers

Is there flexibility with return times?

Normally your driver will stay nearby for the day so can be ready to leave when you are within reason. You are best checking this with them on the day though, as it depends on other jobs. This may also incur an extra cost if the times change excessively.

What is included in the price?

The guide prices above are for transport only for 10 people in a minibus with a driver for the day including parking. Attraction tickets are not included unless otherwise stated. 8, 12, 14 & 16 seater minibuses are available.

How does it work with pick-ups/drop-offs?

We can do as many pick-ups and drop-offs as you require, and this will be factored into the price we provide if disclosed. If extras are added on the journey itself, whether these can happen and at what cost will be at the discretion of the driver. They may have another job straight after or be prevented by driving laws unfortunately.

Can we leave belongings on the bus?

Yes, no problem, if the bus is staying with you for the day. Normally this will happen and will be parked nearby for the day, but please check beforehand, or with the driver on the day. Please do not leave any valuables on the minibus.
