Common FAQs

How flexible will the driver be with our return time?

For journeys to the races your driver will normally wait at the racecourse for you, so will be ready to leave when you are. Most customer choose to leave after the last race of the day, however, if you wish to stay longer or leave earlier just let us know when booking.

Can we leave belongings on the minibus?

Yes. This is usually not a problem, however please check with your driver beforehand and please do not leave any valuables onboard.

Can we have a drink on board the minibus?

Yes, we don’t mind you drinking alcohol at all, we just ask you to respect the driver and keep the minibus tidy. We also have a Bluetooth sound system on all of our buses to connect your music to – the perfect way to get your party started.

Can we take along a picnic and camping chairs?

Of course, but please check there will be space on the minibus to take these items along. There will be very little room for luggage on a full bus, but we can arrange to bring a trailer along for an additional cost if required.
