During Covid-19 restrictions, the safety of our passengers and our drivers is paramount to us. We’re driven by providing exceptional customer service, and this extends to keeping you all safe during this time.

We’ve put specific measures in place to keep everyone safe, so whether you’re enjoying a staycation, a night away, a day trip or are lucky enough to be heading abroad, we’ve got you covered.

Common FAQs about how we carry out our service during the pandemic

Before you choose to travel with us, we understand that you may have a few questions on the measures we have taken to try and aid in keeping you safe. If there’s anything you want to know that isn’t covered below, give our team a call on 01524 928 205. They’re on hand to help in any way they can.

How many people can your 16 seater minibuses now transport?

Currently we have lowered the number of passengers to 14 people. To ensure everyone’s safety, we’re asking customers not to sit in the front with the driver. All buses are fitted with a safety screen between the front and the back of the bus, limiting the interaction between yourselves and the driver as a precautionary measure.

Do we have to wear PPE equipment on board, and do you provide it?

It is now a legal requirement for all passengers that aren’t exempt to wear a face covering whilst travelling on private hire and public transport. Therefore, we strongly advise customers to wear protective face masks whilst on-board. This helps reduce the spread of Covid-19 and prevents you from being fined if spotted by the authorities. We have fitted a safety screen between customers and the driver to further aid safety. And all drivers have been asked to wear a protective face mask in any instance that they may come into contact with you (unless exempt for medical/safety reasons).

Do you still accept cash on the day as payment?

We are still accepting cash if you prefer to pay this way, but we do recommend contact-free payment beforehand to minimise contact. This can be done either via a bank transfer, or as a card payment over the phone by getting in touch with us. Our drivers are asked to sanitise hands as often as possible, and always between jobs. This maintains a safe process of handling money if the need arises.

Is there a divide of any kind between our party and the driver?

Yes, all of our minibuses have been fitted with a protective clear screen between the driver and the passengers. This prevents any potential spread of Covid-19 and safeguards the health of  both you as a customer and our drivers.

Will the driver still help us with our luggage?

Our drivers strive to make your journey as pleasant as possible, and will always offer to help lifting luggage on and off the minibus. If you would prefer them not to, just say and they’ll totally understand.

Do you provide hand sanitiser on-board?

Yes we do. All of our minibuses are equipped with hand sanitiser for you to take advantage of if you feel the need.

Can we still drink and play music on-board?

Of course. As always, we ask customers to be respectful but have fun, and all of our minibuses are equipped with Bluetooth sound systems so that you can play your own music straight from your phone. As masks should be worn, we just ask that you pull them down to take a drink, and then re-cover your mouth when you’re not.
